Mr. Gosselin has more than 30 years of experience defending employers and individuals in class action settings, brought by private and governmental parties in state and federal courts, primarily in California and before the full range of employment-related administrative agencies. An experienced litigator, Mr. Gosselin has tried many matters, including numerous jury trials. He also devotes substantial attention to preventative advice and compliance counseling for large and small employers in the private and public sectors.

Before joining Cook Roos, Mr. Gosselin was a founder and partner of Pahl & Gosselin, and previously worked as an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system and has been recognized as one of the "Northern California Super Lawyers" in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 by San Francisco Focus Magazine (top 5% of attorneys).
